Nothing to say; everything to make.

Who Are These People?

As I have said many times here, I love to watch a show called House Hunters. There are several little quirks about that show that make me laugh though. This happens so many times on that show. A person(s) will be looking for a house in a major city but their complaint will be when looking at the house "I can see the neighbors." Well, yeah!! You are in a major city afterall. If they do not want to see any people, why don't they try to find a house on a mountain? Or on the moon? Who are these people that think it is possible to move somewhere and not see any neighbors?

Patch Adams

One of Bella's children, Patch Adams loves to look in my back window. Every night, he shows up. First, I will hear scratching at the window. I raise the blinds to find him sitting on the window sill waiting for Nigel and Oliver to sit on the other side of the window sill. I am not sure what those boys talk about every night but there is alot of conversation going on. Personally, I suspect it is a lot of bragging. I think Patch's is saying "I am out here playing in this great back yard while you guys are holed up in there trapped like rats." I think my boys reply "Go ahead and play. We are feeling a wee bit tired and may retire to our nice, down bed." If one of my picture taking devices was working, I would capture a picture of this parlance. I have used my phone for so much of this, that and the other thing that its battery is completely shot. I cannot even make a call on it anymore. I love to use my phone for stuff but not making calls. For some reason, I do not like to talk on it. I will be happy to text you on it but talk to you on it, not so much. That is if it was working which it is not. This kitten here in this thing below that I made is upset because his mom made him wear a bow on Halloween. He is not snarling. Instead, he is running his mouth complaining about "this crap bow".

Boys of Summer

For some reason, this keeps being on my mind. I cannot imagine why. Maybe it because my hometown team is going to the world series. I remember being in high school, going out to the games and taking pictures of my at that time favorite players. I loved that. I hate to say how long ago that was. Glory days, huh? Well, these are the real glory days now. I am very happy they finally made it.

Spoiled Rotten Cats

This is not my cat. This is my friend who lives in Oklahoma, Sherrilou's cat. His name is Manny and he is spoiled rotten just like my Oliver.  I say Oliver because he looks exactly like my Oliver. They could be brothers. However, Oliver is not more spoiled than my other cats. They are all spoiled rotten. Isn't that how it is supposed to be?

Fly Away Home Toward the Sun

I have noticed something about myself via this blog. When I am writing a lot elsewhere, I have very little to say here. There are finite words in me and when they are used up, I have nothing to say to anyone, anywhere. That maybe weird but may not be. I have heard that people who talk a lot on their jobs like disc jockeys for example, go home and do not say a word to anyone because they are all talked out.

There was a beautiful moon tonight. Sugar Plum and I spent some time pondering it. Sugar Plum listens to me talk. I was telling him about some exciting things I read about parallel universes existing. I really get excited about that kind of thing because it proves the point I am always trying to make. Just because you cannot see a thing, does not mean it does not exist. Faith is believing in the thing you cannot see. Our little minds perceive so little. I think Sugar Plum perceives more than I do.

I dreamed I discovered the answer to a mystery. In my dream, I learned that Heaven turns out to be however you perceived it to be during your life. If you believed there was not one, then, there will not be one. If you believed it was a city paved with gold, then, it will be a city paved with gold. That would be justice, wouldn't it? Okay, so what does that mean for me? I will be a little spirit flying around the sun with a bunch of little 'meowing' spirits flying around with me.

Wee, Wee, Wee All the Way Home

Have you seen the insurance commercial where the man asks "Did the little pig squeal wee, wee, wee all the way home?", then, it shows a little white pig in the back seat of a car squealing "Weeeeeee!" about everything he sees? I love that commercial. It is so cute and funny. It makes me laugh everytime I see it.

Shakespeare's Ladies

These are some of Shakespeare's ladies, Blanche of Castille and the Princess of France. The ladies themselves I got over at the Graphics Fairy then I photoshoped their backgrounds.

Feeling a little witchy and a little batty

Do you like Halloween? I do as long as it is not gruesome. I do not get into the grisley stuff. The funny little bats and witches are fun and cute to me. I always like a pretty witch! Heck, sometimes I am an old witch myself. Lots of people would tell you so too! Some people might even tell you that I am an old bat at times.

Can a Zebra Change His Stripes?

Late Night Lady

Funny I should make this art piece today. I stayed up very late into the wee hours of this morning. I suppose that is what had me thinking of the moon. Earlier in the evening, I was at the neighbors having a glass of wine. Oddly enough, I included a martini glass in it but none of this was done intentionally in this art piece. I was just grabbing the seemingly first things that cropped up. Funny how the subconcious works isn't it?
Today, I am working frantically. I have so many things to do and fortunately quite a lot of energy today. It is a beautiful day!
